Depending on whether you are new to the District or new to Perry Elementary School, the necessary paperwork will vary. For starters, you will need to submit a copy of a current utility bill, phone bill, or rental contract for proof of residency.

School Supply List 2023-2024 - A list of school supplies is unique to each grade level and classroom. You can see a list of supplies posted on our website, under the classroom tab, corresponding to each grade level.

Bayview Hills Youth and Teen Center- Child & Youth Programs operate eight housing area community centers and offer a wide variety of recreation programs for children ages five (enrolled in Kindergarten or first grade) to eighteen.
