As the new year is getting close, I want to inform you that the PTA membership will continue to be $10. Our goal for this school year is for Perry PTA to have 100 members by September 30 for us to be eligible for a grant, but our overall goal is to have 200 new members. We will have a membership drive from the first day of school until September 30. The class with the most memberships will receive items for the treasure box. The class with the most members will receive items for their reward box in the classroom.
Anybody can join the PTA, so if you want to send the link to your friends, your family neighbors, they all can join as supporters of our school.
Also, this will be my last year as PTA President, so if you know of any current parent or staff member you think it is a good fit for the 2024-2025 school year, please keep me informed. The main thing we are looking for is someone who is a team player and can communicate well with staff, parents, and principal.
